Would recommend to others to stay here. The venue is clean, with great location very close to the center of Hanoi as well as long bay for two days one night. Their rooms are always spotless and modern with the water overflowed and 2 single beds plus balcony.

The breakfast is reasonably good with river view, fresh fruit plus nicer bread, and the service is good.

The deluxe room we stayed in was immaculately clean and huge with a private bathroom. It had a very central location close to the Old Quarter.

Mrs. Anne's professionalism and pleasant personality made my vacation in Vietnam truly unforgettable. I am grateful for her assistance and would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I return to Hanoi.
